I love the chance to see them grow up to become good, honest people who are willing to work hard to achieve success, but to be honest, one of the best things about coaching is watching them turn from just teammates into friends who create memories that (I hope) will last a life time.

They post all these silly comments/posts and pictures on Facebook and it truly makes me smile to think that some day down the line, they’ll look back to all these weird bathroom/stairway/soccer field/track pictures and smile because it reminds them of a good time.
